No way. As we mentioned earlier, our profit comes from buyers and lenders.

 
What does your company get out of it?

What does your company get out of it? I don't believe that you just do this for free.

 

Your correct. Although we' re not a non-profit organiztion, we don't make our money off you. We make our money from the buyer or buyers of properties we have acquired through working with homeowners, or from the investors who do lease backs. For our foreclosure clients, profit is only recognized if the lender is willing to work with us, and only comes to fruition if letting the house go is the only option and we find a buyer for the house, or purchase it ourselves. As you can see, we take a bit of risk too, and many people we help never have to sell their house, or if they do, they can often stay in the house.
